I am an Assistant Professor at the Hobby School of Public Affairs at the University of Houston. I earned my Ph.D. in Economics at Cornell University and was a post-doctoral fellow with the Texas Policy Lab at Rice University. My primary research interests are in Economics of Education, Labor Economics, and Public Finance.
